RYA Youth Rib Championship Finals
September 12th, 2011The National Finals of the Honda RYA Youth RIB Championship, will be held on Sunday 18 September at the PSP Southampton Boat Show. 
The Honda RYA Youth RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) Championship is Britain’s leading programme introducing kids to powerboating and training them to be safe, proficient drivers and excellent boat handlers. As at the regional finals, competitors at Southampton will race against the clock on a tight slalom course, which thoroughly tests the drivers, requiring both speed and finesse.
The Honda RYA Youth Rib Championship, sponsored by Honda and Ribcraft, is a National Championship in which 8-16 year old RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) drivers can demonstrate their boat handling skills in a race against the clock in the hope of winning a 5m Ribcraft or Honwave T40 for their club.

Ribcraft completes prestigious 64 RIB contract

Ribcraft, the leading British manufacturer of Rigid Inflatable Boats (RIBS), has announced that is has completed a prestigious 64 boat contract that is being delivered to the South West of the UK.
Managing Director Mark Gardiner said, “The team has worked really hard to deliver the 64 RIBS that will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of various sailing events many of which will have the eyes of the world looking to the South West in 2012”

Ribcraft Demo Weekend 8th-9th October
August 16th, 2011Ribcraft Demo Weekend, Portland Marina, 8th-9th October 2011.
Ribcraft are to stage a demonstration weekend at Portland, Dorset. The weekend will be an excellent opportunity to properly test drive our boats in open water conditions and away from the speed restrictions of the boat show. Don’t worry if you are new to Rib’s or boating, RYA Powerboat instructors will be on hand to offer any guidance and assistance.
To guarantee a demonstration and help me manage the weekend, please fill out and return the form, you can also call or e-mail me at the factory. I will contact all applicants the week prior to the event to reconfirm and allocate you a rough time slot, Hope to see you there.
